This is going to be a super simple post with lots of video links! One thing that has helped me to feel so much better in pregnancy is working out on a daily schedule. I have a few prenatal workout dvds but I also love variety and that’s one reason I love YouTube! They have so many resources and for free. Here are some of my top favorites this pregnancy. I rotate them so I don’t get bored (which for me is key to staying consistent).
These are just 5 of my favorites. I love BodyFit by Amy and the Balanced Life workouts. They average 10-25 minutes each so if you don’t have a long time to workout these are perfect! I hope you’ll check them out and let me know what you think of them too!
