I really really like letting my kids watch super cool science movies to help them learn in our homeschool because let’s face it, videos are an awesome learning tool. But unfortunately good Christian based ones that are exciting and well made can sometimes be hard to come by. Enter AwesomeSciTV to the rescue! It’s a streaming service or you can order individual videos so this can work for absolutely anyone!

We were given a 3 month subscription to review and I have to tell you I was super impressed. The quality and quantity both were excellent and both my kids and I love them.

These are full length shows and average about 30-45 minutes each. There are also short fact videos and audio shows.

We have watched a ton of these videos so far. Gabe (7) loved the “Creeping Things” series. I did too! In these Kyle Justice takes some of his children out and teaches them about the creeping things (snakes, scorpions, turtles ect) in their area.

Jake (10) was crazy about the movie on Aliens and the truth about them. He also really liked the exploration series with Noah Justice where he travels to places like the Grand Canyon.

He also become quite addicted to the adventures in the audio drama series called “Time Chroniclers”. I really love that all of the programs give such sound scientific evidence for a Biblical worldview. That way I can spend my time enjoying what they are watching and not figuring out how I need to correct any fallacies in it.

One thing I really liked about this was the versatility. You do need internet obviously to stream but if you download the app on your mobile device you can download videos to watch later when you don’t have internet! You can also purchase DVDs. Many of the shows also have study guides you can download and print for extra learning 🙂

We’ve been so pleased with this program and I plan to continue to subscribe because it gives such a great value to our homeschool science! Don’t forget you can get a free trial to decide if you like it! I highly recommend these for your Christian homeschool science!
